Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 5 business days or less from the processing time. We work around the clock to try and ship your order within 3 business days, but depending on order demands it could take longer. If your order is time sensitive and you need it within a certain time frame, please select Express shipping in checkout. See processing and shipping time information below.
- Custom/personalized items may take longer to process. Please reference custom item order page for more details on processing time. Some orders maybe digital items and won't require physical outgoing shipment. Digital items will be sent via email.
The processing time is 3-5 business days for non custom items. (We usually process and ship out the orders within 3 business days)

Economy: 5 to 8 business days
Standard: 3 to 4 business days
Orders are shipped out of Ohio. Please note delays may occur anytime there is any bad weather conditions in this area or areas that are required for your order to travel through in order for you to receive your items.
Lost items: Timeless Kreations are not responsible for any lost items from the shipping company. If the item shows delivered, but you state that you didn’t receive it, you’ll need to contact us within 3 calendar days from delivery date/time stamp per shipping company and we can provide you with the information to submit the claim. All lost/stolen packages are the customer responsibilities for starting a lost claim with the shipping company. If you would like to add more insurance protection to your order, please email us to let us know and we can add it on to your order total. You are only covered for the amount that is listed within your shipping selection. Coverage is usually only $50. Please check the shipping company website based on your tracking information on your order file.
Local pick up option: you may pick up your products from either reynoldsburg or canal Winchester pick up locations. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of completion date. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be charged a $5 holding fee per 7 days. After 30 days your order will be recycled and no refunds will be made. Max total amount of the holding fees per order that will be charged will be up to $20 and any applicable taxes per state regulations. Invoice will be sent per week to collect holding fee owed.
